国連支援交流財団・常任顧問 渡部 一郎
国連支援交流財団」(現、国連支援財団：The Foundation for the Support of the United Nations = FSUN) は、何のために存在するのか。10年間にわたる実践と論議の試行錯誤の末、わが「国連支援交流財団」の「行動綱領」として「FSUN憲章」を制定したいと存じます。
１．WE,THE PEOPLES
我々は、国連憲章の精神を尊び、人類共存のヒューマニズムに立って前進します。
We the members of the Foundation for the United Nations(FSUN),respect the sprit of the United Nations Charter,and advance towardb the future ,basing our cause upon humanismb of symbiosis.
２．OBJECTIVES FOR THE PEOPLES
我々は、国連のサポートを通じ、人類全体の平和と福祉に奉仕します。
We serve the cause of the peace and welfare of all humanity by supporting the United Nations.
３．RULE OF AID AND SUPPORT
我々は、援助にあたって、相互に自立・自律・自強(自助)の立場を守ります。
We, in providing aid, uphold the position of mutual regard for independence,automony and empowerment through self-help.
４．MUTUAL RESPECT
我々は、互いの長所を讃え、学び、互いの短所を補い、忠告し、子孫のため、自らのため、人類共生の世紀を創ります。
We praise and learn the strong points and give them advice if necessary ,and together create a century of human symbiosis for our sake andfor posterity.
５．HUMAN RIGHTS
人類の最大の課題は「人権」であり、我々はこれを護り、改良し、発展させます。
The greatest issue of humankind is “human right” which we defend,improve and promote.
６．CULTURAL RIGHTS
我々は、異文化を排除するのではなく、共に生きる文化的な権利を確保しつつ、人類共生の世界を目指します。
We do not execlude cultual difference, but work together with all the others for a world of human symbiosis, securing the cultual right to live together.
